It’s designed from high-impact polymer material that’s crushproof and can withstand hard hits, knocks and drops. Heavy-duty push button latches make this rifle case easy to open and the stainless steel lock hasps resist rust and last for years. The handles are super heavy-duty and are comfortable in your hand for long treks to the campsite or hunting area.

If you’ve used hard rifle cases before, you know how important it is for them to be sealed to protect against moisture, water and dust. Guns are expensive and environmental factors can ruin them. The Pelican V800 double rifle case is designed to survive harsh conditions, rough use and is affordable. You don’t have to spend a fortune to get the best double rifle hard case.

Measuring 56.11” x 19.15” x 6.65” with interior measurements of 53” x 16” x 6” makes this hard case perfect for two rifles or shotguns and has protective foam. The entire hard rifle case only weighs 24.95 pounds or 11.3 kg. It won’t weigh you down and provides ultimate protection at an affordable price point.

What we like:

It holds 2 rifles or shotguns with scopes! That is a great feature for those who want to store them together when transporting. I have one of these and can tell you the handles and wheels work great and make it super easy to move.

What we didn’t like:

It’s a large case and comes fitted with reinforced solid roller wheels to make transportation easier. If you carry multiple rifles, you know how heavy they can get especially when you’re carrying other gear. You can even take this hard rifle case on a plane as it meets TSA’s famously strict requirements.

Designed with 3 folding and crushproof handles that allow for easy rolling for even the heaviest loads. If you’re concerned about toughness, don’t be – the Eylar has injection molded and reinforced polypropylene plastic that makes your hard rifle case crush proof and waterproof. In fact, the edge-to-edge crush proof protection will support up to 3k pounds of directly dispersed weight and the adaptive pressure equalization valve will release any built-up air pressure when flying. This is the hard rifle case with wheels that you can take anywhere and it will hold up to even the harshest environmental conditions known to man.

The design and materials allow it to be resistant to freezing cold temperatures and extreme heat just in case you decide to take your firearms to an extreme destination.

An AR-15 with a scope can easily fit in this hard rifle case.

We recommend this hard rifle case for anyone who wants to secure their rifles without spending a ton of money. In fact, it tops the list as the best hard rifle case for cheap. You can get this model fairly cheap and we doubt you would find any better for the price range.

What we like:

First of all, this is one of the cheapest hard rifle cases you will find that is still high-quality. I doubt you would be able to find a better one for less. I picked up one of these for under $60 and it was worth every penny. I like the magazine dividers to keep things organized.
